So you are actually running a very advance timing that will cause detonation above a certain boost level? Correct? I know I read about this when I was looking into getting the Aqua-mist kit you guys put together. I think that is the same situation, just different tuning scenario, it is much easier to set the boost controller for a low level boost when out of propane, then re-adjust the timing when out of water... : : "requires a bottle heater and presurization" : : How is this a Con? : if you dont have heat and pressurization, you don't have the same amount of propane being delivered. delivery is based on pressure : : "requires rigourous fuel map tuning" : : Just the same as when you do Water Injection, or change your boost level. : not true. with or without water, I can run the same fuel maps.
